Terms of Engagement

ShaktiVedā Astrology offers Jyotiṣh-based consultations, reports, and remedies as spiritual guidance and self-reflective insight, rooted in sacred astrological principles.

By proceeding with any service or Energy Exchange, the seeker acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Consent & Acceptance

By proceeding with any service offered on the ShaktiVedā Astrology website and by providing consent through the acknowledgment checkbox on the service request form, the seeker confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined herein.

Accuracy of Information

All astrological analysis is performed strictly on the basis of information provided by the seeker.

The seeker is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of birth details, question details, Prashna service (time and location), and any other information submitted.

Any inaccuracies—whether accidental or otherwise—may affect the interpretation.

No revisions, refunds, or re-analysis will be provided due to incorrect or incomplete information.

The only alternative in this case will be to repurchase the Service/Energy Exchange in case of errors made by the client/seeker.

Nature of Guidance

Jyotiṣh is offered as a guidance-based system, not as absolute prediction or instruction.

The insights shared do not replace:

Medical advice
Legal counsel
Financial consultation
Professional or clinical decision-making

Free will, personal effort, and lived experience remain paramount.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While all consultations and reports are prepared with sincerity, experience, and due care, ShaktiVedā Astrology does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or predictions.

Astrological guidance is interpretive in nature, and outcomes may vary based on individual choices, circumstances, and external factors beyond the scope of astrological analysis.

Personal Responsibility

Any actions, interpretations, or decisions taken by the seeker based on the guidance provided are made entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.

ShaktiVedā Astrology shall not be held liable for outcomes arising from decisions made based on astrological insights or spiritual guidance.

Energy Exchange & Refund Policy

Energy Exchange represents the sacred offering for time, insight, and interpretive work.

Once an analysis or report has begun, the Energy Exchange is non-refundable.

Currency Clarification

All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise specified. International payments may be subject to conversion rates applied by the payment provider.

ShaktiVedā Astrology reserves the right to decline a request if it falls outside ethical, energetic, or practical boundaries.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and no analysis will be delivered.

Delivery & Record Responsibility

ShaktiVedā Astrology does not maintain archived copies of delivered reports or audio recordings.
Once shared, it is the seeker’s responsibility to download, save, and securely store their report.
Lost, deleted, or inaccessible reports cannot be resent or recreated.

Delivery Timeline & Methodology

All astrological reports and audio recordings are prepared individually and with due care, using various recognised Jyotiṣh methodologies to provide precise and aligned guidance.

The delivery timeline for all services is 0–30 business days from the date of confirmed payment.

Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.

Ethical Boundaries

Questions that fall outside the scope of the selected service, violate ethical Jyotiṣh principles, or attempt to bypass stated guidelines may be declined without obligation.

Jurisdiction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all seekers engaging with ShaktiVedā Astrology services, regardless of geographical location, and are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with universally accepted principles of fairness, responsibility, and ethical practice.

Acceptance

By proceeding with payment or submission, the seeker confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms, engaging with awareness and discernment.
